There are two ways to tell us about a public works-related issue within the City of Lenexa.

1. Give us a call – Contact the Public Works Department Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (913) 477-7680. For after-hours emergencies, contact the Lenexa Police Dispatcher at (913) 888-0660.

2. Online Request Service Form – Fill out the online Request Service Form. Please be sure to give as much detail of the location of the issue in order for Public Works to can respond to your concern more efficiently.
