To be eligible to volunteer for the LPD, you must be a graduate of the Lenexa Citizens' Police Academy program and complete an eight-hour CPA Masters Course, which offers specialized training for roles in parking control, traffic monitoring, sign abatement, street light inventory and crime analysis.
