5 Easy Ways to Register!  

1. Mail or Fax in Registration Form:
Please PRINT Clearly and provide all of the information requested. Credit Card payments only for Faxes. You may pay mail in registration by  check, VISA or MasterCard. Make checks payable to the City of Lenexa.

2. By Phone: Adult Programs ONLY!
You can enroll for a class or program over the telephone with your VISA or MasterCard. Call 913-541-0209, or for Senior Programs call 913-541-0135. Please have your credit card number ready.

3. Interactive Voice Recognition System (IVR):
The Parks and Recreation Department is proud to announce a new way to register for many of the programs offered by the recreation department. To use this new registration system, telephone direct registration line, you need a touch-tone phone, Visa or Master Card, family ID number and a personal ID number for each member of your family, and course code numbers. To acquire your family ID number and personal ID number for each member of your family, please call the Lenexa Community Center during regular office hours. Course code numbers are listed with each course description. The direct registration phone line number is 913-477-7788 and will be available 24 hours a day beginning April 2001.

If no course code is listed, phone registration is not available. If a +sign is listed by the course code number, phone registration is not available.

4. Online:
For 24-hour service, you can register online.  You must pay by VISA or MasterCard. All online transactions require a family and individual
identification number prior to the completion of registration.

5. Walk-In:
Drop by the Community Center or Senior Center during regular business hours and talk with our friendly staff. Our office is located at the southeast corner of Santa Fe Trail Drive and PFlumm Rd.

Refunds:
A full refund will be issued for any program that is CANCELLED. A refund will be honored if your spot is filled prior to the deadline date. Other restrictions apply to activities such as: swim lessons, trips, and team sports. A $5 processing fee will be assessed for any changes requested.

Confirmation Receipts:
Confirmation notices will be sent upon your request.

Americans with Disabilities Act:
The City of Lenexa is committed to making reasonable accommodations for disabled persons, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Requests for accommodation must be made at least ten working days prior to the start of the program or activity.
