Room Rental Requirements
Room Rentals that include alcohol of any type will be required to provide one security guard for groups of 150 people or less and two security guards for groups larger than 150 people Room Rentals with no alcohol but have 200 people or more will require one security guard present. The following security contacts are firms that the City recommends and have provided good service. Security Guards must be licensed to do business in the City of Lenexa.
