Can BBQ be purchased from competitors?
No, however, food is available for purchase from vendors at the event, and free samples will be available at a booth near the main stage from 11:30 a.m. on Saturday until gone.
Where can I park?
Satellite parking is available at City Hall, located at 12350 W. 87th Street Parkway, and the business park at the southeast corner of 95th Street and Lackman Road. The city provides a free, continuous shuttle service to the event from those locations. The shuttle, which also offers handicap accessibility, runs Friday from 5-11 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Where is handicap parking located?
Cedar Ridge Christian Church parking lot, located next to the park, off Lackman Road, will offer handicap parking spaces. There is a charge for on-site parking, including this lot. The city’s free shuttle service to and from the satellite parking sites mentioned above offers handicap accessibility.
Are pets allowed at the event?
No.
Are bicycles allowed in the event?
No.
Are children’s activities available at the BBQ?
Yes. Children’s activities include a face painting, inflatable play spaces, arts and crafts, mechanical bull, Mad Science, sandy candy art, balloon artist and more.
What is the cost to attend the BBQ?
$5 per adult on Friday; no charge for children under 12.
Free admission on Saturday.
