Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to sign the 2007 Coventry Health Care of Kansas, Inc. schedule of services & fees.

Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to sign a renewal contract with SunLife Assurance Company to provide Stop-loss insurance for the City’s self-funded health plan.

5.

Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) authorizing the construction of a new interchange at K-10 and Lone Elm Road as a City administered project (KDOT Project No. 10-46 KA-0291-01).

6.

Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Overland Park, Kansas for the operation and maintenance of traffic signal systems.

Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a Lease Termination, Surrender and Release Agreement with New Cingular Wireless, PCS, LLC for the City’s communication tower at 7700 Cottonwood.

8.

Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to sign a Lease Agreement between the City of Lenexa and the State of Kansas, Kansas Military Board for exclusive use of the indoor firing range at the Lenexa armory.

9.

Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute amendment one to the Disposition and Development Agreement between the City and Lenexa Land Holdings, LLC (Mining TIF) 

10.

Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a request for an extension of time to complete the Lenexa Community Center HVAC Equipment and Safety Upgrades Project and to expend CDBG Funds.

11.

Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a Consent Agreement with Westar Energy regarding the Buffalo Meadow Park Project.

12.

Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute Agreements with Shu Hua W. Chang and David J. and Teresa J. Crouch for the transfer of real property at 7731 Monrovia in the City of Lenexa, Kansas. (77th & Caenen SMAC Project)
