The Standards and Guidelines are composed of five major sections: Street Classification System, Site Design, Building Design, Sign Design and the Neighborhood Streetscape Elements Matrix. Collectively, these standards and guidelines spell out the elements found along the main streets that tie all four corners of 87th Street Parkway and Renner Boulevard into one cohesive, readily identifiable City Center.

Unified Development Code
