The City of Lenexa is committed to revitalization efforts to improve neighborhoods and continue the city’s reputation as a safe, attractive, and friendly community. Neighborhood revitalization incentives are available to encourage property owners to reinvest in their properties. Property owners within the established neighborhood revitalization district may apply for any or all of the programs. The district boundaries are 85th Street on the north, 98th Street on the south, Goddard Street on the east, and Acuff Lane on the west. The district also includes two small portions of the city to the north and south of this area. Please review each program’s criterion to ensure eligibility (i.e. when applications are to be submitted prior to work verse post work.)
