The Lenexa Conference Center is the city’s newest and most technologically advanced event facility. What was once a barn located on the historic Lackman-Thompson Estate, the Lenexa Conference Center has been transformed over the years to become the perfect venue for weddings and receptions, parties, business meetings and other gatherings.

Room rentals
The facility can accommodate groups of up to 200 people. Private use of the entire facility includes the main hall, three downstairs meeting rooms, outside patio, kitchen and the atrium. Tables, chairs and set up are included in the rental fee at no additional charge. All reservations require advance planning and notice, and reservations must be made in person.

Alcohol and security policy
Room rentals that include alcohol of any type will be required to have an alcohol permit form. There is an additional $100 fee to serve alcohol at your event. Any event that serves alcohol or will have more than 200 persons in attendance will need a security guard on duty. Download security guidelines for details and contact information.
