Black Hoof Park

Black Hoof Park is a 210-acre park with a 35-acre, deep water lake named Lake Lenexa. The park is located on Monticello Road between Prairie Star Parkway and 83rd Street, at 9053 Monticello Road, Lenexa KS 66220.
LAKE LENEXA IS NOW OPEN FOR FISHING.
Black Hoof Park and Lake Lenexa are now open to the public. Come enjoy the unique dam and spillway, trails, picnic shelter, playground and boat launch for small non-motorized boats. Also experience beautiful nature and observe the wide variety of wildlife – you may see deer, coyotes, red foxes, birds, butterflies, rattlesnakes, frogs and lizards in their natural habitats.
