EDUCATIONAL REIMBURSEMENT
Full-time employees may be reimbursed for any City-approved courses they enroll in after their first year of employment and upon course completion. The City provides up to $2,500 of reimbursement for tuition, books, and fees for job related and pre-approved college credit hours each year. The employee must receive a grade point average of 2.0 or higher to receive this benefit.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM is provided at no cost to the employee for confidential, short-term counseling and referral services. This service is available to employees and their family members for dealing with personal problems or preventing and resolving job performance concerns.
RECREATION DISCOUNT
Employees and their families receive a 20% discount on Community Center activities and swimming pool passes.
