In certain circumstances, copies of reports are available to the public as provided for by law. Records which fall under protected status require certain criteria to be released. A more detailed explanation of this can be found in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Compliance section under the EMS tab. A reasonable copying fee may accompany the copy of the record, as provided for by law.
