The 2008 Lenexa Freedom Run was held Friday, July 4th in Historic Old Town Lenexa.

The 5K winners were Paul Hefferon of Overland Park, KS with a time of 15:02 and Lindsay Pierson of Lee's Summit, MO with a time of 18:34.

The 10K winners were Joffroi Holcombe of Overland Park, KS with a time of 31:59 and Laura Eakin of Commerce City, CO with a time of 38:53.
